Sam Farmer is a Psychologist, Leadership Coach and expert in Psychosocial Support. He has provided direct psychological support services in many complex humanitarian emergencies. Sam has experience in Haiti, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Nigeria and many other locations.

He is a founder member and Honorary Vice President of the International Society for Coaching Psychology and co-established the organisation Humanitarian Psychology Australia and New Zealand

In this interview Sam discusses concepts of Psychological Growth, thriving and methods of building coping ability.

Sam is Director of Enhance Facilitation Ltd, based in Auckland, New Zealand. He is a facilitator of creative methods of sharing information about Humanitarian Psychology, Coaching and Counselling.
